BEGINNERS CLASS: WEDNESDAY: 7.30 – 8.45
This Class accommodates those who are completely new to Ashtanga Yoga and those with some experience. The primary series will be taught in depth and the focus will be on technique and refining the postures. Variations will be provided for all levels of strength and flexibility.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS: WEDNESDAY 6.15 – 7.30
This is a lead class designed to build on the principals to create a dynamic and challenging class geared towards building stamina, strength and flexibility.
